The organisation is running on the hustle of employees and its a culture that is expected to follow no matter the cost. The politics are so deep that you either to participate in it to survive and not participate and get kicked out. Only few people are given privilege to work, opportunities, flexibility and those people torture other team members, this is something that the management knows and tolerates. They have unnecessary lengthy conversations which does not go anywhere but just takes up the time of the employee. Rampant transition, people are leaving left right and center, but this is accepted by the management because of the job market, people are always ready to get hired.
