The politics are so deep that you either to participate in it to survive and not participate and get kicked out. Only few people are given privilege to work, opportunities, flexibility and those people torture other team members, this is something that the management knows and tolerates. They have unnecessary lengthy conversations which does not go anywhere but just takes up the time of the employee.
