It is the good experience of them is gold working and it is a very delighted and very popular shop in Madhuban.

Dislikes

Under is not like to do the smell of mechanical valve intro because it was a very Garden in all areas roda kat phone and very produk today are a tolerant lot 201 sub Indo Village.

Company had robust infrastructure and very ethical on product quality

Dislikes

Absence of HR policy and employee welfare, long working hours for 6 days a week. No work life balance. No leaves (sick leaves, LTA). Lack of systems, protocol, managers never allowed free hand to operate or empowered to implement systems. This however can definitely be rectified as management people are genuine and needs guidance from external and professional agencies

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
