Endless cons.. toxic workplace, salary is too low but their expectations from you is too high. The director is completely biased. It feels suffocated to work here to be honest.

Have worked with Top level clients from last 1 year in DWS , properly getting salary. expecting a long term relation. Fair Salary time and leave policy

They have hybrid system of work, which is a good thing. Also, the leave policy seems fair and transparent.

...people hold high positions and can be create difficulties even for good writers. The backlogs and salary deductions are of serious concern, and so are promotions and appraisals.

They used to feed the employees with good food on every occassion. Rather we realised, they deduct our salaries for those programmes. XDXD

Everything. The salary they will offer is not the salary you will get. They will deduct a huge amount. They will tell you that they are deducting cause you didn't complete your target, whereas the original story is that they will NOT give you any tasks so that you can not complete your target and they will deduct your salary. A basic bullsh*t company. Also, most of the ratings are done by the juniors they hire. They give them a task to write positive 5+ reviews on Google, glassdoor and Ambition Box. They also have a BOND of 1.5 years for all the freshers.
