I worked s a team leader with initial contract foe one year immediately after retirement from engineering service. It was a construction supervision project for piped water supply schemes in uttarakhand area based on world bank aided swajal model. Tata Trusts was the client company which financed 90% and 10% was funded by the community. Mr Ratan Tata had craze for drinking water projects. Under his tutelage the programme was extended for Himachal and Nagaland. For 10 years the programme flourished like anything and the company growth was fantastic. After retirement of Ratan Tata the policy of drinking wayer supply to poor villagers was thrown to dust bin. Meanwhile DAS India switched over to environmental clearance after getting licence from QCI. I continued there for 11 years though Tata Trust contract had terminated one year back. Mr Akhil MD is a very kind heated person and paid 50000 pm for one year without any work even. After 1 year, I voluntarily quit the job on moral grounds.

nothing to dislike. I enjoyed there for 11 years aftr retirement from govt service.
