Sky is the limit for growth would not be an wrong way to interpret the career aspects. With the growth, company is focused on developing a good HR Team over here who can bring in best in practices and good ideas. From an HR perspective we treat employee as a part of the company & involve them in various activities.It can be a simple sharing of ideas & suggestions as we believe working in team brings more brain to work & come to a better practice.
