Good work life balance. The environment is excellent. Situated on a prime location in Kolkata. Growth opportunities are good. Overall I'm satisfied.

We have our own database & collection of analysed various cases on Intellectual property like Trademark, Patent, Copyright, Design..etc. Founded in 2006 & In India it came in 2010, It is a fast growing company & creating a lot of avenues for freshers & experts in different areas. Sky is the limit for growth would not be an wrong way to interpret the career aspects. With the growth, company is focused on developing a good HR Team over here who can bring in best in practices and good ideas. From an HR perspective we treat employee as a part of the company & involve them in various activities.It can be a simple sharing of ideas & suggestions as we believe working in team brings more brain to work & come to a better practice. Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
