My perosnal opinion need to grow all point of view.. Being a MNC company work environment should be flexible and always keep employees happy and not to judge them. Carrier development and skill training, employee engagement training is missing. Employee should be recognised. Managment should think ok ground level to achieve conpnay goals.

As a fresher I had been selected in that company and my experience was good I learnt how to perform in a company how to deal with your customers . Ambition Global Logistics Pvt Ltd was my first job where I started y career after post graduation. The company gave me opportunity to perform and where I learnt a lot about coordination.

There is lack of management . No group activity No team work No promotion
