1. A Shia Mohammedan colleague behaved like a nasty bully with a newcomer like me and with many other employees of the firm. 2. I had a West Bengali female colleague. She was a supposed Bhodhrolok, who tried to encourage a sleazy culture in my team and in the office. She tried to promote a culture of husband-swapping and wife-swapping. She even sexualised the husband of her female teammate, which angered her female teammate. 3. A female senior of mine had the tendency to behave very very rudely.

Never ever work in such company the culture is so Toxic, they will fire you if you don't agree to whatever your manager says. They are extremely unprofessional literally the management is shity.

Totally rubbish management. No one knows what is people management. NO JOB SECURITY. BETTER RUN THAN JOIN HERE. Don't join this company else you will suffer later.

Nothing. Its a toxic work environment.

1. Management always favor the old employees. 2. They always communicate in local language .i.e. Gujarati even in their official meetings. 3. Old employees harass the new ones indirectly. They also have huge attitude. 4. They work without collecting estimation. No major mail communications. Vital instructions are given verbally etc. 5. In other words, they don't follow/have good processes or work culture ethics.

You need an atmosphere that's understanding, considerate and logical. Understanding the human aspect of the employee makes your value. Your position, your privacy, your life and also having a realistic expectations from you is what makes DSPL exceptional. The company is service provider and concerned with Comfort Click, a UK product based company and you are provided with enough support to understand, cope up with the market you are not exposed to. You need to have enough in you and they have enough to provide exposure. You gotta meet in the middle ground, you are well rewarded.
