Sir i think this company culture is good but our seniors culture is very poor bcz seniour always comlete our targets do with prassure bt this time market is very slow nd we cant do bt he is not understand my problem and he say if u do then u come otherwish u can go this is not type of a senior languge ......so my seniours thought is always this type ...

This company's product is well known but company is unable to provide goods as per market demand. High quality of politics is present here and played by senior managers. I will not recommend to anyone for this company.

Company is unable to provide goods as per market demand and if any one of TSO not achieved his target due to unavailability of goods, company stop his salary and expanse.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
