Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

You’ll get the worst HR here in DOTEPL. They do not have any work apart from gossiping in office or over phone. They do not care about the problems of employees. There are many other employees from other departments, who do not have any work and they just sit idle.

In Later days of my tenure the work culture started to detoriate. They started to implement more on theoretical approach rather than practical approach which is must in Organic Agricultural farming.

Company is good. Employees are very much supportive. Work pressure is high due to its quality requirement. Good facilities are provided for employees.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

No technology development in factories. Very hard to convince upper head team to bring new technologies. 90% of work is manual process. No R&D unit.
