...pany for a longer period of time. You'll get all the monetary perks on time i.e. salary, travel reimbursements, etc. One has to travel a lot as the no. of employees are less & workload is quite high which affects work-life balance also.

Dislikes

No career growth, lot of travelling due to less manpower & more workload which affects work-life balance also. No training is given whatsoever. In a nutshell, if you just want to get the life going without any thought for career growth, new technologies, etc. then it is the best company for you.

...ot as regards the domain, and also other interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. Salary is the best in the industry, and has a decent work life balance. Efforts are recognized and rewarded. Always has a decent team .

the management doesnt take a proper feedback from senior employees to upgrade as per the Market requirements. The management is always biased towards some senior staff, who in a way are spoiling the reputation of the organization in the markets. yes, there is no job security. this is happening because of improper data fed by the regional heads, thereby forcing the management to even think about closing certain regions.

The company's infrastructure is truly impressive! The coffee machine is a fantastic addition, making every coffee break enjoyable. The work environment is pleasant, with clean and well-organized desks and office spaces. Overall, a superbly maintained and welcoming workplace!

... disappointing to learn about such unethical practices at Darashaw/TSR Darashaw. They lure candidates with promises during salary negotiations, only to later refuse increments based on fabricated performance claims. The 3-year bond with a penalty of INR 2,25,000 is downright exploitative, leaving employees trapped and helpless. I've even verified with an ex-employee who endured this for three years and faced immense pressure from HR. Such behavior is unprofessional and deceitful. I urge all candidates to think twice before signing any contracts with this company and thoroughly assess their policies to avoid falling victim to these tactics.

... giving you yearly fix increment and bonuses (HR does a really great job here).. BUT there will be a breach amount(PENALTY) which will be your minimum 6momths of salary that you will have to pay. The seniors or HOD acts like the owner of the company where they don't empathise and have a huge ego.. they will take each and every things very personally and can hold a grudge against you if you don't act like one of them. I'm glad I left early (yes I had to pay the breach amount to avoid drama) bcuz I heard from the market that they bribe people and torture/threaten employees who wants to switch(breach contract)

Job security is good, salary credited on time always, one can get decent exposure of business at an early stage in their career, Overall you should only join this company if you are a fresher or desperate for a job.

...arely resemble a human being. The company does not believe in rewarding loyalty. There are absolutely no perks here, literally nothing! there are arbitrary penalties for which you will be harassed, the offices are dirty, the salary practice is scummy and HR is spineless. There are unbelievable restrictions placed in the offices. Literally no employee works here because they want to, everyone here is stuck and cannot wait to leave. Partiality is rampant as well. And be prepared to follow random diktats without any logic because some managers ego is so huge they don't believe in listening to reason. Avoid joining if you can. You can be your best here but they will still treat you like you are worthless.
