No growth, no training/skill development No work-life balance. Working day and night Unplanned project activities and unrealistic deadlines Torture and disrespectful treatment by the arrogant head of office Felt like a school with a rude headmaster Poor office infrastructure. Even AC will not work. Have to use pedestal fans and work in hot & suffocating environment Canteen that stinks like gutter and handwash station that leaks water all throughout the year Have to beg for even toilet paper Very Very rude office head (a lady) HR who is helpless and pathetic Need I say more......?

Very bad company. I work here more than 1 year, increment for 2023 is given now only. Given 3% increment. After more than 1 year of hard work, long working hours, late night work, weekend work, I got 3%. Many partiality in increment. Please don't join in this company. I beg you.

The only thing i like about dar is you will he having targets but not people who taunts The only calls about target will be from client

Each and everything 1. You will be loaded with work so much that you won't be even time for going to washroom 2. No respect for work or employee 3. No Hr policies 4. Management feels that you are slave for work
