100% Job security no dot,every month end of before month I getting salary on time &incentives,Management is Good,Great incentives plan I can't sure no other company this much incentives plan achieve target get more.

... The company slogan is ONE TEAM ONE GOAL but trust me, it's not matching at all. If you meet with 10 employees out of that 7 is not happy with the working culture, people are just working for a good salary that's it. Company growth is good but staff growth is ZERO, SALARY GROWTH ZERO. They have claimed in covid time they will not do deduction, but we got 40%. FAKE SHOW OFF, SELL VEGETABLE IN ROAD SITE BUT DONT WORK FOR DANUBE.

Great platform to learn and grow, liberty to take your decisions. Management supports and grooms for various prospects if you show the right intent and approach to develop.

Requires a structured SOP in terms pay equality and growth ladder has to be mapped with transparent and clear policies in terms of achievement and benefits

...'s need for a job especially for those who are bread winners for their families. Salary al though very minimal, credits on time. No delays at all. And never skipped even during the pandemic.

Toxic work culture. No career development. Salary hike is just 8% annually across the firm. Salary range is par below the industry standards. Employee grievance filing is not only discouraged but also threatened with punitive legal actions. Performance appraisal is conducted just create PR activities both internally (showing off) and externally for damage controlling high attrition. No respect for work life balance except for few departments whose top management has at least a bachelor degree. Employees are promoted without a pay hike and even their designations are not changed in the HR portal. Therefore when you resign you are deprived of your benifits and real experience certificate. HR will never listen to you.

As Danube home at Dubai might be good it's providing bread and butter but I don't have positive opinion. Currently in Indian company is getting shutdown, there no job security for future. There is no support for the process enhancement. Being HR no authority to process flow. There managers are play double games with employees. No process flow.

Dislikes

As I'm working in Danube home, not working great due to no proper sales workers and operation management, there is no support to do any changes in candidates. Even workers are not working for given job, operation team support them with liently. Managers literally least bothered of growth. Hence it's getting Shutdown. They have the company international level but now our life's on roads. No job securities.
