There is not work at all in Danieli Corus Bellari site. In night shift we can sleep for 05 - 06 hrs happily.

Dislikes

The management is very poor. They have reduced my salary by 03 lakhs on my 05th day of joining. Since there is no full time work people are always gossipping on others. Site incharge is a mad man. Job security is at it's worst. No scope for skill development. HR is not bothered about the employees. The house provided by the company is with worst than an a INR 200 hotel room.

Work life balance. VPs, CEO, and other super senior management meet all employees politely. Flexible in rules no strict rules for anything. All employees follow the rules.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
