Well Experienced manpower including staff is the strength of Danem Engineering but unfortunately company HR is not treating in proper way. Employees need more benefits.

Salary is not getting properly.. Delay in every month. Worker food is terrible and sometimes getting very bad food.

Good Job security, Good and friendly work environment, Danem developing their work culture,Danem never miss you salary ,by any chance any delay,salary will reach you . We can learn lot ,If you are talented company will give lot of opportunity to explore your skills.

Accommodation very poor, No house keeping. Salary not come in time. Food very poor South Indian group didn't take any action on Trouble.

Qatar petroleum is good company. Danem is very poor company. I don't way they give big contract this nonsense company.

Its a place to learn and earn. New projects are lined up and gives job security. Very strong human capital is its strength. The management is very supportive. bright future.

Quality of Food has improved a lot, but should give more importance to vegetarians.

Being a part of growing organization you can learn and grow into different fields and you are exposed to many conditions, so this lies with Danem. I was part of Tender team and was given chance in multiple fields.

Dislikes

Being a one community company, you will not love been part during your initial months as everyone speaks Malayalam...later on you get to use to that or left with no option. Nowdays they are quoting more Manpower Tenders which many technical people may not love to do as its something close to Admin or HR Related fields but we have to do that work as company consider it as a major income source.
