Authority and ownership is given along with accountability Good Work Life Balance Many perks that most companies are not giving like ac buses, hostel for blue collars, 2-3 type of T shirts and formal shirts etc Lot of scope of improvement

Hierarchy bypass is a common thing. Most unfortunate is that the manager is not informed by keeping in loop. This can lead to disturbing company culture and lot of internal politics. Information is flown esp. about people based on be emotions and not data or details. Lot of chances of biasing can happen. Individual performers are outperforming team performance .

Job stability is good here even in pandemic they didn't terminate the staff.
