The Promoters (Babu's) of the Company are Good and are Very Helpful ! However this is no where related to employees Salary/ Appraisal/ Promotion !

Deserving People won't get any rewards. There are two sets of employees in the organization . Few People close to Promoters (Babu's) who get the rewards/ Bonus/ Appraisal etc and the other who are never recognized irrespective of any quantum of knowledge/Hard Work/ Dedication they show towards the company.

Not suitable for permanent employment. Sinking company, no corporate culture and ethics.

Dislikes

Employees of Dalmia Securites are good. Management is very bad. No humanity is present there. Dictatorship Culture. They can ask decade old employees to submit resignation letter without any reason or in the middle of the Covid-19 Corona Crisis showing any valid reason.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
