Previously I was in Dalmia refractories and the experience there was very good a mix culture learnt a lot in 13 years.From Top to bottom there was a family like relationship less professionalizm. Sometimes we have to give extra time but no problem we have done without hesitation.

Dislikes

No promotion I have got continuously 12 Years which is demoralise me.Ihave lost my young vital time in a junior post.In both refractories and cement lot of problems faced while living in banjari cement plant with severe unethical torture by HOD. I was forced to do shift duty without any conveyance facilities continuously for 3years day night summer winter fog with daily 70kms up down from Dehri to banjari.Really very painful those days Nobody listen to me.Neither transfer occurred inspite of many requests.

Job security is very good

Dislikes

Working culture is very bad. Everything in manegement or third party base. Maximum facilities for only management employees. Third party employees have no value in the organisation.

Very good at delivering the commitments as promised to the channel partner ls.

Dislikes

Company is good but immediate reporting managers should also be good enough for their teams to believe in them. Not everyone chose to leave the company some chose boss.
