Over all is best then company take in onrole. Company brand product is very good then compared to the other company.

Company not any facility provide for ISR. Isr take on third party. So many issue are there salary is very low. And not giving ESI

work life balance is worst. Unnessesory pressure and illogical working methods. Have to give answers about personal life and working methods. worst work culture, using slangs, destroying corporate decoram, joining official conference call while smoking , trying to harras the juniors, treating the junior employes as servants. The Group is good for the work life balance but for more opportunities and challanges you have to be on higher designation and some seniors is unable to give proper opportunity to there juniors to grow. This is a drawback

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
