There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 4 Years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
Dalmia is not like a work place where we have to work for salary specialy I am talking about my location because the culture is just like I am doing like for my home and for my own business i feel my plant head is not a boss he is like big brother he know every one personally he is very caring and in my carrier he is the first person who is too much active and a successful person.
Job Security is good, Dalmia Group is Very Reputed Company. Facilities are good.

I was posted in Dalmia Lanka Plant, Assam. Was very bad experience in my life. People had to work a minimum of 14 hours to 24 hours (specifically in the Mechanical department) without overtime pay. Labour laws are not followed here. There is very toxic work culture, heavy workload, and poor management. Here Rest day comes after 7 days. People glorify this type of work culture there. Mechanical HOD is not professional; his behavior is also unprofessional. Engineers frequently resign from the Mechanical Department due to the reasons mentioned above. The company should prioritize employees over profit. Breakdown occurred frequently due to RP.

1. To become part of the higher management of this growing integrated industry. I'm having a marvellous experience of work here, especially in the field of man-power management.
2. This firm is on the positive path of highest manufacturing cement production and marketing.
3. I have faced and managed all the works and reporting system here in a low scale of man-power. This experience will surely fruit-fill my ambitious career.
4. Work culture here is marvellous well desciplined and all the SOP have maintained strictly here. Enjoyable for sure, especially the frequently arranged family get-togethers.
5. many of times I have worked and managed all the site and official related works here on my own and all these positively supported by my reporting seniors all the time.
6. Regular interval training and scheduled way interaction of ground level man-power with higher management may be grateful.
