1. no work-life balance. sometimes need to attend long meetings at the night as well (up to 12 ) 2. to much pressure on interns 3. no mutual understanding between the employees. 4. no growth opportunity (no matter how good are you. you will not get more than 6 LPA unless you got at least 5 years of experience. you need to work so hard forgetting you have a life) 5. much responsibility on interns.
