They will keep on cutting the salary on one pretext or other. Salary increment doesn't have any correlation with your performance but your ability to polish babu. For joining the company experience, skills, knowledge is not required. Even a road cleaner can come well dressed and join the company as most of the interviewers including babu is dumb. The peons of babu have more power and respect compared to managers. Most managers are afraid of peons as one complaint by them would lead to loss of employment without any chance of being heard. This is most toxic company I have came across and worked for as most seniors are just saving their positions by following babus instructions strictly and blindly. If you go for interview and feel like you are entering into a government office then you are correct. Believe me government company are 100 times better than this career destroying destination.
