...d People First Ltd. This company is the franchisee owner of Dale Carnegie India. The moment the Corona pandemic hit India, the were the very first one to put as many as 40 people out if the total company strength of 150 on Leave without Payfor 3 month. Nobody from management and/or HR either called up or wrote during these times to know the well being of me and my family. After the end of 3 months of Leave without Pay, without any other conversation, they sent another letter for extension of Leave without Pay for another 3 months. Overall, it is shame to that the company which teaches compassion for employees, could not show compassion to their own employees when it was needed the most. So finally I quit and now searching for a livelihood.

Nothing specific - due to nature of business - you have to give equal importance to operations and service so that takes away some personal time - you will become efficient after understanding and following processes if you are willing to invest your time

Brand has a strong pull across different segments Corporate, Conglomerates, Education Curriculum and methodology is time tested and works beautifully if intentionally applied

Speed of adapting to changing demands of market More aggressive in terms of our presence on Social Media, Print, Online, TV and other formats

I have never done any course before. I cannot express how great the trainer was and the Material supplied. I will definitely recommend this this in my Network. I will be looking forward in to taking more of these coursed through Dale Carnegie India in near future... Thank You DC Family
