The Company is providing us with all PPE during the pandemic, provided us with a flexibility to work from home and attend when needed for urgency. As a part of ICT department, it's providing us with a big scale of challenges and experiences on serving a group of sister companies (Food Industries: Beverage, Diary, Agriculture, Basic Food) filled with a healthy environment with the team with continuous learning opportunities.

Dislikes

As an ICT support and the needed for availability for Food Industries; pressure of work is very high lead sometimes to not handle properly the work-life balance but at the end you will find a way to manage:)

In this company we are working in harmony with our teams, and we have trainings in different fields which inturn lead to career development, we have run annual appriasal which followed with copensations and rewards. This company conistitute a very good in job environment, salaries, and work life balance.

First, I had the privilege of joining the job as a security officer in Dal Port Sudan Group and it was one of the most beautiful five years in my life.
