Career Growth and salary depends on Mangers choice, they won't see the talent in salary hike and promotion. For contract employees no facilities provided by the company. Politics play key role in IBM where employees can't survive who depends on their talent. Buy work environment and teammates support is Good.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was a part of a team that has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues are from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

It is one of the worst companies I have ever worked at. Both the floor managers and the ones from the human resource department threaten lower-ranked employees all the time and when they say that they'd like to tender their resignation, these managers threaten them with legal action. The work culture, in plain and simple words, is just pathetic!

I faced travelling problem because i stayed in Rajajinagar to prasad technology park it was quite long distance.
