First is the HR, no work only to look and spy about the time coming and going. do not meet any team members, she only interested in un wanted gossips and giving wrong information to everyone. have bad attitude towards every employee, thinks that all employees are waste. The Project manager is not at all having knowledge. not at all practical in any way, gives work on Friday evening ad asks to complete on Monday morning. every sat and sun need to work. Project manager will not take calls on sat and sun and enjoys with family. If asked replies that our knowledge is not there. No work from home at all, other state people never join, doesn't get leave or never allow to go native place. It is better not to join this company.

Likes

- always good vibes in the company, if you get along with people, you will make great friends here. - good flexibility as long as it doesn't affect your work performance - you get good recognition for your work

Dislikes

- the management is yet to find a proper rhythm - keeps changing the company policies all the time as they see fit, not very well thought out

Company culture is good. Have to learn a lot of things. Very good for freshers . Collegues are very friendly and adoptable.

Politics during appraisal. Feel some discrimination against north indians specially during appraisal time
