DB Group is a good brand & there is a lot to learn from employees here. Salary come on time to time.

Growth is very slow & work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend employees calls & vendors calls in the late night maximum times. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, i do not receive appreciation & Unnoticed my hard working. mostly unnoticed my appraisals in a years.

They do take care of there employees by taking review by hr team pays high salary and extra perks which fulfils the basic needs of the employees family

Politics politics and politics no support from Tls or Category Heads for there own team,some TLs gives mental harrasment to their team and blames them for not achieving the targets for saving there jobs.

That was give time for work and complete work in working hours. No force for complete work today but you fill that complete work than go home. Very familiar Atmosphere. Very kind natural of senior staff. Supportive HR team and staff also.

Dislikes

Due to centralization some work to transfer to head office than some staff remove form company or give them low salary hike than employees left job themself. So, that was job risk seen in this firm.

Being in marketing, company gives us freedom in workings. We are free plan and take up our own projects.

Dislikes

Company should work upon its salary structure so that employees are fully satisfied with the management. And little upgradation in ambience of workplace is required to make it impeccable for younger generation employees.
