Compensation is decent , but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night .

Salary and appraisal systems are partiality, There is no benefit for hardwork and related KPI.

Terrible salary structure Increment only for top management Trying to implement jail culture (no wfh, no flexi timing, if you don't swipe before 0800 then penalties Quality of food provided for employees is terrible. If you miss breakfast nothing around to eat
