Seniors are very cruel. To keep good relationship with dealer they are pressuring us for day night working. Instead of giving extra man power they are putting pressure on us to do the work.

Looking from out side they maintain a good work culture but 'favourism' plays a vital role for the career growth in DFS. They really want to branded as Great Place to Work but as an ex-employee I dont feel so because of their favorism/groupism culture But over all its a very good organisation to study and learn lot of things in life.

we have total 6 yrs experience finanxe field but daimler is wonderful experience high level communication and job style i feel very much (excellent product and service) i am waiting for On roll job ...

Pathetic, highly political work culture. Very poor regional leadership ,No opportunities to grow, people at field are not involved in critical decision making. Hippocrates are driving the show.
