If i talk about 2 years ago ..Dailyhunt was the best company : 1- Good Salary 2- Good Hike 3- Good work life balance. but the current situation is very bad .

1- Very poor Management Staff ( from last 2 years) 2- No Work life Balance (last 2 years) 3- Poor Hike (from last 2 years) 4- Layoffs

Lot of challenging problem statements, team of self-driven managers

Complete top-down approach, no hike, no appraisal, no job security, only fear mongering and no freedom to decide at our level, it always comes from the top, always.

Employee manager relation is excellent . Work life balance is very good. Company takes care of its employees mental health which is really appreciable . Employees are appreciated for extra work .

Dislikes

Salary is little less. As money is not everything, work culture of the company is appreciable, so this is not a big issue.

... cool. You can ask for work from home permanently too. Employees are supportive. Salary comes on time. They will provide every usual benefits like PF, Medical, Internet bills. When it comes to work im not much satisfied coz I didn't get much exposure, I didn't find any innovation, personal growth isn't there. Overall it's a good company, Branded, you will get WFH (best quality until Corona goes).

Dislikes

When it comes to work there's not much personal growth, you might feel lazy since work is very monotonous and there's no innovation. You might feel unheard sometime. Since I'm in community team so I can only tell you guys about this else is fine...you will branded company, all the benefits too. Good luck!!

One of the most transparent management I have seen or heard of. The teams are very supportive. A definitive learning opportunity for any engineer at any level. Appraisals and bonuses are the major standouts of the company.

Dislikes

The amount of work that lies on each engineer is a bit on the higher side. Can be better managed by adding more resources into the team.
