The best benefit that I'd say, is the way they incentivise your achievements that you gain while working with them. And, that helps you grow educationally and financially. Another benefit is, I can work from my home. This way I can reach out to more people faster, thus achieving my goals faster!

Dislikes

There's nothing much to hate about them, but I'd say it is their strictness with the targets. They do incentivise if we over-do, but if we don't achieve it for 3-4 months, you're pretty much doomed.

Good perks. Office location is a plus. I wanted a hybrid structure, WFH etc - they provide this part. Promotions and travel for work are performance based.

Well, work can get hectic. Some get used to it, some don't. Deadlines are strictly followed.
