No Growth Salary Wise or Position Wise. Though you are designated as a Manager, on paper you are still a Solution Engineer. Even after appraisal you have to wait 6 months to get Appraisal letter. Huge mistrust between Chinese Management and Indian Employees.

Dahua company give the good knowledge , atmosphere ,product services and my branch manager and team leader give the best guidance and knowledge about sales and distribution and push me how to complete KPI achievement .

Overall Dahua company give the best knowledge atmosphere and services . Like salary part and incentive part are good ,But increament salary yearly wise not increment is dahua side Overall dahua company is good

Worst experience i had during my tenure, company culture is not as per indian standard market, too much hectic schedule and pressure given to BDE's. Poor average increment, poor management, everything is dependent on Chinese management.

No proper SOP defined for your (Procurement and Purchase)functions. What ever designation you work, you don't have any authority to take decision. No one share you the exact details of a requirement. They will simply say any product name and provide you blur image of a product and that's it. No PR or Indent No drawing, target rates, volume projections. On the other hand Chinese will ask you Indian market research about the product category only. You will end up submitting research reports through out the year. No actual procurement or purchase activities happen at this place. Main important thing is Your Job is not at all safe. No yearly increments.

It has off-role and on-role operation. People who are in on-role operations they donot has to worry about anything, but people who are in in the off-role position they has to worry about job security, salary and mny other things, don't get their promotion.
