Only Politics in the company.

Dislikes

A dedicated employee can't survive the office politics, as they want to focus on their work, especially if the salary is fair. However, those who flatter the Management seems to benefit from salary perks. As a result, talented employees resign and seek better opportunities elsewhere. Daffodil prioritizes hiring freshers for cheaper labor/Developers and avoid investing in experienced and senior developers. In this way Daffodil also cheat with the Loyal Clients.

There are some good company policies and some are bad and daffodil is constantly trying to improve the policies and remove the bad ones. The company is on growth and they are striving really hard. HR has been given more powers and the company environment is getting really great from the good.

Dislikes

There were some policies that I do not like in the company like the pay of the employees here is very different and depends on the type of work you have to do or were put in. It can change but for an experienced person it is difficult and some technology developers are paid less than others of the same experience.

The company really helps to learn new technologies by enrolling ourselves to new technologies and provides an opportunity to take up initiatives as and when needed. Also, it gives you opportunity to switch roles when asked.

...nagers are horrible and also you can’t take off even the company off or holiday. Our pay decided by GM not by your performance. If employees do work till 2AM after that you need to came in morning
