...any to work. Joined in January but didn't get travel expenses for last 5 months. Company hasn't paid salary for last 2 months.

Dislikes

No travel expenses. If you join this company you will not get travel expenses. More over they will not pay salary if your target achievement is less thank 60%. They don't even now how to set sales target. Maximum sale for 1 month in my territory is 12 lakh. And they suddenly gives me the target of 88 Lakh.

The company do not provide any facility to it's employees. No job security, any body can be through out from the company at any moment. Very bad work environment. Fear among Employees is a common thing here.
