No growth, favoritism. The management has their blue eyed people for whom everything is fair. They make fake promises and deliver nothing. Even though it's a MNC they have this old school thinking. The management keeps on comparing you with their favorites

Without any explanation and notice, Company sacked many employees and thrashed the employees if they don't resign; Company will terminate and put the bad words in the industry...

Man world ; Office Politics; Favouritism and not promotion staff as per the capability

Nice company ,head office value the staff but local regional India people do not give any increament , position hike if u r not in politics and favourite people
