Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is nothing to say about this company.

Dislikes

The manager is very rude, and the working hours are strict (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). They don’t allow for long commutes from home to the office and are forcing you to relocate. Additionally, most of the experienced staffs are unfriendly, with only one or two being exceptions.
