The company has not deducted salaries of its employees in such crucial time and ensure monthly salaries has been paid on time to its employee. Companies has also provided work from home facility, immunity kits which contains ayurvedic medicine and other immunity booster and guidelines provided to employee for dos and donts to battle Covid-19. Organisation has also provided Covid-19 helpline for its employee to keep everbody safe.

Job Security is ok in Dabur, but working culture is not satisfactory. Carrier growth & salary appraisal are very nice but in few cases - who are close to high Authorities. Training also provided to near & dears only.

Timely salary is in account. No problem for going on leave.

Dislikes

Salary pakage need to raise according to inflation. No Bus service for employees. Management behaviour is not good for staff employees,doing partiality. HR staff is very poor,there behaviour is very poor with other employees.
