You have to politely wait till mid of the month for your work to be paid off, certainly not because of the pandemic. It's the usual scenario. If you are staying near the campus you'll be called on off days too for work. Its been quite long since the inception of the organization, still regular functioning is at budding stage, every now and then things & rules keep changing. Functioning is yet to be streamlined, this should be done by one highly experienced & qualified person. They show up in the middle of your class, like "I'll take the class, you can do it later". By the way it's not the colleagues, it the head of the organization does it. Single statement is " One man nonsensical show."
