Except salary there is nothing to like.

No Job security (If you have good salary). HR is worst, They will never response on time. Only 1 big client and 2-3 small clients. Once your project is over they will fire you. Higher management is very rigid.

Culture of the companies is worst as in I joined the company in January,2024.Started working with the client and then the project closes abruptly saying they need certification in cloud.It is then D4 responsibility to give candidates other opportunities within organisation which they failed. Never join D4 or remain jobless is better.

Liking work from home flexible hours management doesn't care if you exist on the system

Everything is a dislike in this company though we hired on remote, with in my 1.5 years experience, company changed its location many times, even address showing in google its wrong, now understand this company's transparency. You work and die, but all onsite travel will go to management person, who will do the travel on behalf of you and earn the money behalf of you, all you get is dust. There are 3 major old people controlling this company, just because they known to company founder very well, you cannot go beyond them. you cannot convince them on any technical knowledge, because they don't know anything and they will never listen. I was promised that i will go to onsite, after 1.5 years of stint, i never got any. but my manager travelled 3 times and stayed more than 2 months on each travel. Now you know the gravity of this company.
