Working at D3V Technology Solutions has been a rewarding experience as a Cloud Engineer. The company offers great Exposure to Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. One thing I appreciate is the collaborative work culture. There is always room for ideas, and you can ask for challenging projects. As this is a GCP-partnered company, you get to work with Different GCP customers every few months and get exposure to various non-GCP native tools as well.

It's been almost two and a half years and I've enjoyed working here. The projects they've here are very interesting and we get to work with and learn various technologies. Developers are involved in all the steps of the project lifecycle. The working hours here are flexible. D3V is a Google Cloud Partner and employees here have access to all the learning materials provided by Google Cloud absolutely free so that they can upskill themselves.

I appreciate the way each employee is treated here, especially the emphasis on maintaining a healthy work life balance this aspect resonates with me the most. Additionally, the work from home arrangement allows me to dedicate ample time to my family and friends, which is something I truly value.
