Decent work life balance as the office hours were fixed.
Dislikes
... thing to add about them. This by far was the worst organisation I worked with.
2) Salary is not given to the employees on time. There is no fixed date. It depends on the mood of the Upper Management.
3) The Upper Management treats faculties as servants, and a few of them have accepted that they are indeed servants. Others have to suffer because of a few.
4) The Upper Management is never on time and is unavailable most of the times. In case the faculty is late even by a single minute, he/she is called to the main office and is literally insulted in front of cleaners and staff of lower ranks.
5) There is no team as most of the people leave after a month or two. The Upper Management expects the faculties to do the work of DTP operator, Tele-Caller and Counsellor.
6) The staff is not allowed to switch on the A.C's without taking permission from the Upper Management.
7) Forget the Upper Management, even the office boy shows no respect to his seniors.
8) A few faculties (including me) are asked to travel to different centres (60 kms apart) to take classes. The company does not believe in the policy of reimbursement. The faculties are not given travel allowance and the tele-callers are expected to recharge their phones on their own.
9) The work environment is so bad that not a single person says one good thing about the Upper Management.
10) Most of the students ask for refund as their faculties keep on changing. Their student's results speak for them. One can do his/her own research.
Please do your own research, speak with the other faculties and staff. Think twice before joining!!!
There are multiple:
No Salary on time
No promises will be kept
Transferring from one centre to another for teaching (100km travel), mostly between Islampur, Kolhapur and Palus, sometimes Pune also.
For three centres mentioned above, they have less than 6 faculties in total.
No job guarantee.
No payment guarantee, plus no one takes responsibility, their COO is a thief and don’t have any dare.
The list is long, but I think this is enough for one to judge.
