I Had 4 years experience as a network administrator at MU, and handled manageable L2 switches (advance), L3 beginner from 2014 to 2017, I joined 2018 April as a network resident engineer to this company, i always respect the company but one of Manager from Belagavi and his family member raja Bhosale and Amar power both are working in same company and done lot of politics against me, due to that i spoiled my technical knowledge, i resigned and changed my career too.. my kind request, you wont learn from this people, better you can join except Belagavi, there you will lose your knowledge and your level too,,, one of the foolish people ever i sow in my entire life

I suggest here only for freshers to start the career, can get lots of hands on experience on moniter tools, & can improve there communication skills

No salary hikes My friends lost there jobs during covid period No job security Not get support from management and TL Will not give your own leaves ask many questions Very less night shift allowance

Worst company to work with. No leadership, very poor management, no vision. Salary doesn't come on time

HR is the most comfortable role in this company where they do not care for employees and they always relaxed.

The first choise is how to give 100% service to the customer so that he gets good service and satisfaction.

I don't like to work under high pressure from the company which is unnecessarily spoiling my health.
