Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This company is very helpful to learn new things if you are interested in civil engineer works like site works , designing work ,architect nd so many things

I dont know i mean some dilikes have in every company nd this one also have like if u dont like south indian food then here very difficult to survive nd if u want to solution of this problem then u need to know how to make food then here is no problem
