It is the worst place to work, the department head is absolutely clueless and has no qualification for the post, he is just an oiling machine.... Specially the civil dept hod... Abosolute garbage

This institute has thrown out about 75% of it's staff during these testing times of Covid 19. It's terrible experience. I worked so hard for past 6 years for this institute and they just disowned me in this testing time.

Dislikes

No job security, no growth, too much internal politics, no work life balance, not conducive for learning and personal growth.

As per my opinion this campus is not suitable for those who really wanted to do research and r&d activities. Teaching faculties are most probably involved here in non value added activities.

Work culture is very bad. Those who work more will only be taking into consideration every time while assigning the different activities. Worst management and administration
