...ronment and culture.teammates are very supportive and management is transparent.company policy are good, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management address our issues salary is decent but career growth is not good.

Since started association with Ductofab , remember a day of my interview to till date journey with completing alsmost 7 plus years was awesome. From Top Management , Sr. Managers and Associates manager are very supportive and always shown positive attitude towards any challenges come across. Best thing is that each and every member of Ductofab team are always available to support each other to achieved comon goal .....that is Growth.

Dislikes

As Regional Sales Head , we always look forward to have back up support systems which enable us to move fast as much as possible against compititor. Since last few years have been improved but expect more Innovative ways support in future.

Worst possible place to work

They don't deserve even 1 ⭐. Appalling conditions to work. Everything you need to do will be told by humty and dumty. They just don't take any stand on what they say so if you believe what they say you are a fool. Go and work there if you want to ruin you career and want to be a slave. Conditions here are worst than low class grocery shop. They behave like they has purchased you just by paying salary that also after 15th of next month.
