Perfect place for a fresher to start with. Good hike for first 3-4 years .

Dislikes

Only the smart ones are pressured a lot. In terms of salary all are seen same, no much appreciation for extra hard word. Catchy HR policies actually hurt us.

Purview of analytics work involved.

Dislikes

-Lack of concern towards a working relationship among its employees. -Top-Down approach towards employees, hence, no clear channel of communication with the leadership even if advertised otherwise -Lousy work-life balance esp. catering to the work habits inculcated at this place amounting to wastage of time and resources, eventually leading to rush-jobs without much avail -HR department is a scheming place of improper methods of shaping this place.
