sorry from my experience at that company, upper management is to much poor. Not supportive to juniors and newly jointed.

1. The company policies are not transparent. 2. Salary structure and deductions are not explained properly at the time of joining. 3. The work and job profile is not explained properly at the time of joining. 4. The breaks are not allowed, talking to colleagues is not entertained. 5. Taking leave is not entertained even for medical reasons. 6. Problems faced by employees are not addressed properly by the management. 7. Sheer lack of management.

nothing, there is no professionalism and hierarchy, HR was not understanding

everything, people are fired within a short span of joining, health issues are not considered while assigning any task, bullying and cornering any new joinee by the HR team, office politics, old employees even when they the at a lower position try to dominate and bully new employees
