Dnh secheron company is very good.also teammates and boss behaviour with us good.but salary something compromise.and work environment is good.100% job security

This is one the oldest company in field of welding consumable and reputed value in market. Good work culture and all staff are supporting nature.

Salary growth is negligible. Big covering area. All allonce are not good.

The manager does not know anything nor can he teach anything. He only puts pressure and if you ask him any question, he starts abusing. There is more politics here than in the city

Very Poor Work environment due to Old Management of the company is unskilled in every vision in every department because 80% of the management and staff is outdated.

Dislikes

Company and their products reputation is Excellent but Management's attitude and thinking is not like today's era. If all goes well , can this company become No 1 in the World not only of India. All the Best and Good D&H Owners are good but not professional. They are emotional.
