Dislikes

- Extremely low pay; Pays 5k/pm to an intern and expects him/her to work on Analytics/ML - Working late hours are encouraged in low pay;Their mantra is to pay as less as possible and get most work done. Takes advantage of Freshers - Promotions are less merit based; People who work longer hours than required are promoted faster. - Many senior employees including HR has a patronising tone towards less experienced employees - Even after signing NDA, one doesn't have the freedom of working using company data outside office. - VP micromanages a lot - No company culture, No benefits. Expect to sit in a cubicle all day!
